Chris Moshidis, Director and Principal
Chris Moshidis practises as a lawyer in Australia and formerly the United Arab Emirates (both Dubai and Abu Dhabi). Chris has been a construction, property and commercial lawyer since 1998. He has worked on grand scale and iconic projects and has represented blue chip clients in some of the largest arbitrations in the world before the LCIA, ICSID, ICC, DIAC and DIFC-LCIA.
Chris is also also a former Barrister and trained advocate and can appear for clients in all courts and tribunals.

Nola Moshidis, Practice Manager
Nola was formerly a Senior Associate with Clayton Utz with over 10 years of experience, working on a number of large arbitrations in the major projects department. Nola represented Anaconda in a dispute with the contractor in relation to the design and construction of the Murrin Murrin nickel mine in Western Australia. Nola also represented Origin with respect to various claims for defects and delays against the contractor arising from the Bass Gass Project.
